It is also reminds me of what I have seen during the last seven years as the fundamental difference between the practice of law in the U.S. and Spain. In Spain, lawyers tell you want you cannot do, and in the U.S. they tell you how you can do it.

I have, and do understand.
Americans have no character any longer, neither does any part of our ::snicker, snicker:: “justice” system.
Not suprised that lawyers in this country are motivated to find a way around the law, it’s that useless verbosity/veracity argument.
